This is the first of three sessions of the program on Culturally Aware Mentorship. Future sessions are scheduled every week.

A certificate of completion will be issued to participants of all three sessions.

Session 1 outlines goals and structure of the program, defines mentorship and discusses the benefits of effective mentorship before turning to mentorship skills and case discussions.

This is an interactive webinar. You will be asked to participate in activities via Zoom. The session is facilitated by an expert team from the International Mentoring Association.

The Culturally Aware Mentoring Program (formerly called Multicultural Mentoring) is offered by the CFDA, in collaboration with the Center for Access and Campus Engagement.
